Are there additional charges beyond my subscription?
Your subscription covers AiVA’s core platform. Usage-based fees (like SMS, calls, emails, and AI credits) are billed separately and always published in advance.
Example U.S. rates: SMS ~$0.029/message, calls ~$0.049/min, emails ~$0.0024 each.
International rates vary.
