AiVA Systems operates on a subscription + usage model. Your base subscription covers your automation platform. Usage fees are billed separately and reflect activity costs passed through from partner APIs (e.g., Meta, Twilio, GoHighLevel).

Messaging & Phone
Outbound SMS (U.S./Canada): about $0.029 per segment → roughly 345 messages per $10.
Inbound SMS: about $0.029 per segment → roughly 345 messages per $10.
Outbound Calls: about $0.049 per minute → roughly 205 minutes per $10.
Inbound Calls: about $0.0298 per minute → roughly 335 minutes per $10.
WhatsApp Messaging: about $0.259 per session → roughly 40 sessions per $10.
Email & Automation
Email Sending: about $0.0024 per email → roughly 4,000 emails per $10.
Workflow Executions: about $0.035 per run → roughly 285 automation runs per $10.
Email Verification: about $0.0088 per check → roughly 1,100 verifications per $10.
AI & Automation Enhancements
Content AI: about $0.315 per 1,000 words or $0.21 per image.
External AI Models (GPT-4o Mini): starts around $2.10 per 750,000 input words and $8.40 per 750,000 output words.
Conversation & Voice AI: about $0.07 per message or $0.455 per minute for calls.
Reviews AI: about $0.28 per automated response.
Domains & Utilities
Domain Registration: about $30 per domain (includes SSL + setup).
Auto-Complete Address: about $0.0104 per search result.
Funnel AI (Smart Funnels): about $3.47 per funnel created.
Monthly Spend Limits (Your Protection)
Set a monthly usage cap in your AiVA dashboard.
You choose the max monthly spend.
On reaching the cap, AiVA pauses non-essential usage until the limit resets or you approve an increase.
You’ll get alerts before you hit the cap.
How Billing Works
Usage fees are billed monthly and itemized on your invoice.
Charges are in USD and vary by integration partner (Meta, Twilio, OpenAI, etc.).
You can view detailed usage in your AiVA dashboard.
