3. Free Trial & Subscription Billing

Some services include a 7-day free trial.

After the trial period ends, your account will automatically convert to a $97/month (USD) subscription unless canceled prior to the end of the trial.

By signing up, you agree that:

You will be automatically charged after the 7-day trial period

Billing will recur monthly until canceled

You are responsible for canceling before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged

No refunds will be issued once billing has occurred.

4. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree:

You waive any right to refunds

You waive any right to cancellations after purchase

You will not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing any product or service, you agree not to initiate any chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Any attempt to do so will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in:

7. Usage Limits & Spending Controls

All usage incurred prior to reaching any limit remains your responsibility

Phone calls (inbound/outbound)

Email sending

Automated communications

Estimated Examples (for reference only):

SMS message (U.S.): approximately $0.003 – $0.008 per message

MMS message: approximately $0.01 – $0.03 per message

Phone calls: approximately $0.01 – $0.03 per minute

Emails: typically fractions of a cent per send depending on volume

Actual rates vary based on provider, destination, carrier, and usage.
